Pioneer DVR-K05 rejecting all disks


Important Installation Instructions
DVR-K05 Slot Loading Drive.

You must use a screw no longer than 2.5mm on the back-right (point A on the picture above).
If the screw provided with your existing drive is longer than 2.5mm, it will interfere with
the slot-loading mechanism of this drive and all disks will be automatically ejected.
If you experience this problem, use a screw 2.5mm or less or leave this hole empty
