- Disclaimer for end users
Unless
described as “retail boxed,” “retail packed,” or “with retail
accessories” all products are bulk packed, and will not come with a
manual or drivers unless otherwise specified. Our products are intended to
be used and installed by advanced users only. We will not provide
technical support on how to use or install any of the products we sell. If
you consider yourself a novice, we strongly suggest you
select retail boxed items.
Ambiguity
In the
event that something may seem ambiguous to you or you think we made a typo
or a mistake, do not make assumptions but contact us to resolve such
issues. We do not try to mislead you but can make a mistake so please
contact us with any questions.
Warranty
Unless
stated otherwise, Centrix International covers all items for a warranty
period of 30 days from the original invoice date. After 30 days, customers
must contact the manufacturer to check for additional warranty coverage.
Centrix will issue no refunds after 7 days. All refunds are subject to a
15% restocking fee.
Seller
will make every effort to complete shipment of the goods described herein,
but in no event shall seller be liable for any loss or damage, or for any
delay in delivery to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but
not limited to fire, acts of god, public enemy, or acts of governmental
bodies or agencies.
Centrix
makes no warranty – express or implied – as to the merchantability of
any product or its fitness for a particular application. We cannot be held
responsible for financial loss or damage to equipment arising from the use
or inability to use a particular product. We are not responsible for any
incidental or consequential damages arising from breech of warranty or any
other legal theory even if Centrix International or one of its associates
has been notified of such possibility.
Open
Invoices
Open
invoices are due and payable in accordance with term on invoice. Seller
will pay an interest rate of 0.05% per day (18.25% annually) on any past
due invoice. A $20 dollar fee will be charged for all returned checks.
The
purchaser agrees to pay all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court
costs incurred if an overdue account is assigned for collection, or if
Centrix International or its owner initiates lawsuit. All products remain
the property of Centrix International until they are paid for in full.
Jurisdiction
And Venue
Seller
and buyer designate and accept Los Angeles County, California to be the
proper jurisdiction and venue for any suit or action arising out of this
transaction. Buyer and seller each consent to personal jurisdiction in
such venue for a proceeding and agree that it may be served with process
in any action with respect to this transaction by certified or registered
mail, return receipt requested, or to its registered agent for service of
process in California.
Your
Privacy
All
information provided to Centrix International is strictly to process your
order, and will not be shared or sold to any agency. If an invoice is
overdue and is not paid in a reasonable time, information will be
forwarded to collection agencies
